WHO I AM
My name is Ashley Armstrong and I am currently teaching full time with Upper Canada District School Board. I completed both my Bachelor degree as well as my Bachelor of Education at Queen's University where I went on to teach French at the International School of Tucson. I have a passion for teaching but also am determined to help change our education system so that it better reflects the growing needs of our students and society. In my spare time I like to run, horseback ride, write and travel but most of all I like to research new and innovating ways to enhance my teaching.
I decided to pursue a Master's of Education in hopes that I will go on to get my PhD and have the opportunity to do research of my own related to curriculum design and development. I love to learn and intend to continue learning throughout the entirety of my life.... while also finding time to enjoy the great things that life has to offer!
